A former college student himself, Ed left Chicago's South Side to attend the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. He knows EXACTLY what it is like to adjust to new surroundings, make new friends, fit in, and find your own identity, all while pursuing higher education. Allow him to share these experiences in a challenging yet thought provoking way that both staff and student organizations will benefit and enjoy.

Game Over – With an undergraduate or professional degree in hand now you are off to make your mark on the world. This session prepares college graduates to develop personal mission and value statements. (Integrity, Service, Diversity, Responsibility and Family)

One Love – The college setting brings together such diverse thoughts, ideas, religions, races, sexual orientations, and political view points. Learn to respect the views of others, work together and to fully take advantage of the opportunity such a diverse setting provides.

Leadership is Everybody's Business – We all posses the capacity to lead. This session will define leadership, identify various leadership styles and most importantly teach participants how to cultivate and enhance their individual leadership potential.

"Networking" It's Not Always What You Know, But Who You Know – This session is designed to help participants understand that networking can make a significant difference in professional development and career attainment. Networking can be learned and taught to others; it is not difficult but does require a certain level of commitment and follow–thru. Are your networks in order to achieve your career related goals?
